EMAIL SYSTEM UPGRADE

The email system will be upgraded this weekend. Beginning at 6pm Friday (3/19) our current email server will no longer be accessible and we will begin moving mailbox accounts to a new server. As each mailbox move is completed, it will then be available for the owner to log into. If you try to log into your email account and are not able to, it is because your box move has not yet completed. The address for logging into webmail will remain the same (https://mail.bcsdny.org) and individuals that use the Outlook software on their computer will not have to make any changes.

We estimate that all mailboxes should be available by Saturday evening, but this may change depending on the size of mailboxes being moved. Any email sent to a mailbox while it is down will be stored and delivered when the mailbox move is completed. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this system upgrade.
